Coming / Inception EP

Your downloads and plays are making waves!

I'm hyped that 'Coming / Inception' both continue to be charted in the Beatport Hype Techno and got a play from Spanish mainstage techno Danny Avila himself. Inception climbed to #3 on the Mental Destination chart. Thank you for your downloads and plays!

Sebastiaan’s Vegan Ramen

This week, I want to share a personal favorite - my Sebastiaan's Vegan Ramen recipe. It's a simple yet flavorful dish that perfectly aligns with our health and wellness values. Here's how you make it:

  1. Cook ramen noodles and rinse them in cold water.
  2. In a pan, sauté onions and ginger in sesame oil. In the last seconds, add chopped garlic for that aromatic kick.
  3. Add the cold ramen noodles to the pan and cook for two minutes, stirring to melt the starch and sauce.
  4. Place the noodles in a bowl, topped with your choice of kimchi and fresh vegetables.
  5. Pour over a rich, fresh vegetable broth mixed with cashew paste, miso paste, and seaweed for that umami depth.
  6. Serve topped with a sprinkle of furikake for that final touch.

Please send me a picture of how your bowl turns out. Or maybe you are a ramen master and have recommendations for me on improving my skills. Please let me know!

Your stories and experiences are the heartbeat of The Midnight Project. Share your moments with me on Instagram or Twitter, and let's continue to blend the techno world with a wellness and balanced lifestyle.

Keep the passion for techno and a balanced lifestyle thriving!

Warm regards,

Sebastiaan Hooft
