Unlock Peak Health in 2025: Measure, Know, Transform

For me, 2025 started with a commitment to edge health: refining the small details that lead to significant results. Whether creating The Midnight Project or playing after-parties in Ibiza, I’ve learned that measuring and knowing are the foundations for energy, clarity, and growth.
Here’s how I’m tackling my health—and how you can too:
1️⃣ Start with Data: Blood Testing

I’ll review the results with my doctor in four weeks and adjust my supplement routine to meet my body’s needs.
2️⃣ Track Your Metrics Consistently
To stay ahead, I've installed my Withings devices in my new home, which give me insights into:
- Sleep patterns (Sleep Mat)
- Heart health (BPM Core)

3️⃣ Don’t Forget Dental Health
Your oral health can affect more than just your teeth. During a visit today to my new dentist in Ibiza, we discovered that my last wisdom tooth is likely causing systemic inflammation and neck pain. Removing it will reduce potential issues and improve my overall well-being. Even subtle imbalances like this can significantly impact your energy and recovery.
4️⃣ Build a Baseline: Supplements
While I wait for the test results, I’ve established a baseline supplement routine, including:
- Solaray: Capryl, Collagen Bone Complete, Lion’s Mane, Magnesium Citrate, Spectro Multivitamin Energy, Sex Up and Super Omega 3-7-9.
- Prowise: Turmeric, Ginger & Black Pepper.
These will be fine-tuned once the blood test results are in.
