What's Hot in This Week's Show
We start with Layton Giordani's "Freaks at Night," a track that captures the essence. Layton's ability to blend dynamic soundscapes with pulsating rhythms never fails to impress. Following this, Hans J drops "Seriously," a deep and driving track released on Redesign Records. Hans J is quickly rising in the techno scene.
One of the highlights of this week's episode is my track, "Shadow." This track holds a special place in my heart, encapsulating a journey into techno's darker, more introspective realms. "Shadow" is now available on all platforms, so be sure to listen and add it to your playlists: listen here.
Redesign: A Story of Personal Transformation
As I reflect on my journey, one pivotal story comes to mind – the transformative power of a near-death experience. In 2009, I was in a hospital, overwhelmed by the pressures of entrepreneurial life. I worked from six in the morning until midnight, seven days a week, neglecting my health and personal life entirely. This unsustainable lifestyle led to a complete physical and mental breakdown.
During my recovery, I had a profound realization about the importance of balance. I started to think about how lions live their lives—they hunt when necessary and rest when they can. This analogy helped me understand that we are here to lead high-quality, balanced lives. This moment of clarity became the foundation of my book Redesign, where I share the principles of sustainable entrepreneurship through the Five Facets: idea, Team, Planning, Resources, and Health.
Today, Redesign is not only a book or a record label; it's a testament to this philosophy. Every story and release reflects a commitment to balance, creativity, and innovation. I invite you to explore these principles further in my book, "Redesign," and apply them to your life and career.
