The Midnight Project #123
Good morning from Valencia! After a magical week in Ibiza, I’m back and fully energized, ready to deliver another stellar episode of The Midnight Project. There is something about those sunrises that recharge the creative spirit, and this week’s show reflects that energy with some incredible tracks you won't want to miss.
The Midnight Project #123
We kick things off with Calvin Logue’s Sirens, an atmospheric journey that pulls you into its deep, brooding layers. It’s the perfect opener to set the mood for what’s to come. Adam Beyer’s Tool of Thought appears, showcasing why he's a legend in the techno scene. This track is made to get you lost in the moment. Gorge - We Start Again (Sebastiaan Hooft Private Edit)
I’ve added my signature melodic twist, taking the track to new emotional heights. Listen to the full version on SoundCloud: We Start Again (Sebastiaan Hooft Edit). Please leave your comment!

Health is Everything
From my book, Redesign:
"True success is built on a foundation of health. As entrepreneurs, we often push ourselves to the edge, neglecting our physical and mental well-being to pursue our goals. But I learned the hard way that without your health, none matters. After my burnout, I committed to redesigning my life around balance—working fewer hours, prioritizing exercise, and ensuring I get enough sleep. These changes didn’t just help me feel better; they also made me more effective in my work. Health isn’t just an add-on; it’s the core of long-term success."
In 2024, I still live by these principles, but I’ve refined them even more. Here are three ways I keep health at the center of my life:
- Morning routine to set the tone: Every day starts with a mindful breakfast and workout, whether swimming, yoga, or strength training. It’s not just about physical health; it clears my mind and helps me focus for the day ahead.
- Balanced nutrition on the road: Travel can disrupt healthy eating, but I always pack healthy snacks like nuts and water. I avoid processed and fried foods and stick to a whole foods plant-based diet as much as possible to keep my energy levels consistent.
- Mindfulness and disconnecting: I make time each day to unplug from technology. Even 10 minutes of meditation helps me reset and stay balanced amidst a busy schedule. It’s all about creating mental space to stay focused and grounded, no matter how hectic.
Thanks for reading! I can’t wait for you to hear this week’s episode—subscribe, share, and let’s keep the Midnighter family growing more vital than ever!
Untill next week,
Sebastiaan Hooft
