This Wednesday also brings another episode of The Midnight Project. Episode #124 has incredible tracks to set the tone for your week, whether working out, on the road, or reflecting on life’s next big move. DJ Murphy and Dolby D’s Scream Art gets an explosive makeover with T78’s remix this week. NoNameLeft is back with Redux, a track that perfectly blends melodic progressions with aggressive basslines. Another standout for me is Space 92’s Lost, a track that's full of hypnotic grooves and heavy-hitting synths, showcasing why Space 92 is a staple in my sets.

With ADE in full swing, I’ve been reflecting on the importance of collaboration and teamwork. As I dive into meetings and connect with people this week, I’m reminded of a critical principle I wrote about in my book, Redesign.

Looking back, this insight has been vital in my journey as an entrepreneur and a DJ. In 2024, I see more than ever how important it is to surround yourself with people who share your vision and passion. This extends beyond just music—it’s about life, business, and everything we pursue. Whether working with a team in the studio or building my record label, it’s always about aligning with people who are just as driven and invested as you are.
