2024 ADE

ADE 2024 was a whirlwind of inspiration. My connections there have already led to some exciting remixes for record labels I met during the event, so keep an ear out for those in the coming months. Also, I've met up with a station to do a live radio show and programmers to do live shows. The week was full of late-night conversations, creativity, and a non-stop music flow.

From the book: real fuel

I was fueling up with an Açai bowl daily to stay energized and focused during an intense week at ADE. Healthy habits, even on the road!

I stuck to my healthy routine to keep my energy up during such an intense week. Every morning started with an Açai bowl, and throughout the day, I stayed on top with two fresh juices. As I've shared in my book Redesign, maintaining a healthy lifestyle is crucial when constantly moving, and ADE was no exception. Here's an extended excerpt from the book that dives deeper into my journey with health and nutrition:

"After hitting rock bottom due to burnout, I knew I had to make serious changes to my lifestyle. One of the biggest transformations came through juicing. I juiced for sixty days straight and lost over sixty pounds. But it wasn't just about the weight loss—it was about clarity. My mind became sharper, my body more energized, and I realized that success in business and life was deeply connected to my physical well-being. I could no longer run on caffeine, junk food, and stress; I needed real fuel."

Now, no matter how busy life gets, I prioritize what I put into my body. At events like ADE, where the pace is fast and the days are long, it's easy to let your health slip. But I've learned that sticking to small, daily habits—like my Açai bowls and fresh juices—makes all the difference. It helps me stay focused, energized, and ready to take on anything the day throws me.
